How It Works

Any registered user can create job listings or apply for available positions. The platform serves as a job board where users can discover opportunities, connect with potential employers or candidates, and communicate directly through the platform's messaging system.

Admin Control & Responsibility

Platform administrators review and can approve or reject job listings to maintain quality and prevent spam. However, ColibriPlus operates solely as a job board platform and does not take responsibility for job offers, applications, hiring decisions, or any employment-related issues that may arise between users.

Contact & Communication

Users can communicate about job opportunities through the platform's built-in chat system or by using the contact information provided in job listings. All employment arrangements and agreements are handled directly between employers and job seekers.
